ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵ offers generous employer-sponsored defined-benefit pension plans to provide a lifetime retirement income for our employees. The College and Municipal Pension Plans are administered by the BC Pension Corporation. Employee contribution rates vary between plans and ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵ also contributes to the pension plan on behalf of eligible employees.
